Zhejiang DiBay Electrical Machinery Group Co., Ltd, formerly known as Shengzhou Compression Pump Factory, was established in 1985 and incorporated in 1998. In 2001,DiBay increased registered capital from the original RMB22 million to RMB 50 million. It is located in Shengzhou¡¯s southeast economic development zone next to national highway 104, The factory encompasses 100,000 square meters and has assets worth RMB300 million. DiBay specializes in producing electrical machinery products such as the electrical motors for air-conditioners, refrigerators, and fans of room air conditioners. Today , DiBay has more than 800 employees and has registered the trade mark of ¡°µÏ±´¡± and ¡°DIBAY¡±. DiBay holds the following certifications: ISO9002:1994 quality management system certification, ISO9001:2000 auditing for changing version and unified certification of ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001. DIBay has also been recognized by Zhejiang Quality and technology Bureau as one of its ¡°famous Brands¡±.
DiBay has advanced equipment for production and inspection, including ten high speed die punch of 300T, 200T,125T and 80T, five automatic horizontal casting machines of 250T and 280T, two 600KW vacuum annealing furnaces, ten flow lines of automatic motor winding and inserting, automatic inspection system and so on. Its technical staff has over 40 senior engineers with 200+ years of experience. Furthermore , it has developed strong partnerships with institutes of scientific research such as Zhejiang University, Zhejiang Electrical machinery design institute, Shanghai Twenty-first academy, and Xi¡¯an electrical micro-machine institute. DiBay has also run the ERP system to make the best use of resource and aimed at modernization management.
Over DiBay¡¯s 23 years, we have produced over 200 different types of electrical motors ranging from 1/20 HP to 50HP with 5 series. In 2007, we produced over six million units for the first time. DiBay first entered the international market in 2000,and now sells products in Korea, The USA and Europe, covering the series of compressor¡¯s motor with R600a¡¢R134a. Domestically, DiBay supply motors to LGETR company, Huayi company, Jiaxipera Company and Hangzhou Qianjiang Refrigeration Group among others. Since 2004, DiBay has invested more than eighty million RMB in technological improvements and is planning to install and improve eight automatic inserting flow lines, which will increase our capacity to over 10 million units per year while maintaining our high quality standards.
In order to adapt to the changes in the market, DiBay decided to produce its own magnet wire and successfully start production in July 2006.More recently, Advanced automatic inserting machines from Elmotec Statomat corporation in Germany and high velocity punch were installed to keep DiBay at the cutting edge of the electrical motor industry.
